That's how it is right now, the people who can add bans are owner of an Official Server.

Great idea but what if a player goes on a server and he will be banned for a wrong reason then he is banned from all official servers
And official servers can unban to?

You only get blacklisted if you cheat, a ban on a server does not equal a blacklist.
And if you cheat, you will get blacklisted from every server using Sprunk Buster, which hopefully be lots of them

IMO, Only accept bans from popular servers which are on internet list and sort of trusted people.

Then he'll indeed be able to play again, until he gets caught again.
We will only do rangebans if it's necessary, we will not ever blacklist innocent people.

Only people from the SA-MP betateam are able to add them at this moment.

Depends on your server, please open a support ticket and we'll install it for you.
As far as I remember, your server runs Centos.

If players are banned by IPs, then... it's pointless, a lot of players do have dynamic IPs, and innocent people will still be banned.
It would be a lot more efficient to use dFairplay.
Like a rule for all official servers...

Dynamic IP's are a problem by their ISP, personally I would never go with a dynamic ISP.
This is also a problem for them on Wikipedia, forums, server bans, etc, and is simply their own problem.

dFairPlay requires a client by the player, which is annoying and will most certainly cause player drops if official servers force players to use this.
It also is quite privacy invading, sending a list of all processes to the server.
