my question is how can i create a irc channel for a server? i'm a totally nub with that and perhaps you can help me. do you know a Tutorial or other good information which can help me?

We're now using irc.sa-mp.com,which is the same as irc.ffsnetwork.com.

Flo_White: You need an IRC plugin(Jacob's) and an filterscript or some active functions that create the connection.
