I don't think domains like .com or .de are available, instead you pay for them

You can download a forum skin, or make your own, but it's pretty hard for the beginner
Just search for some good skins on ******

You need to buy the domain from a re-seller. You can also get a paid/free host and use a free domain, like .co.nr etc.
