When you log into my server, it takes about 1 minute to define its final position your player's settings. The commands are very slow takes about 10 seconds to perform them. Someone had the same problem with the login? Someone had an idea of what could be?

It could be your computer/internet speed. Lag & Slow computer. Check if you have any programs open in the background taking up a lot of memory
