I think the name explain everything

RGB to compatible pawn hex number, very simple for use.
The "Save" button save your choose with the selected name in a "Colors.txt" file.

Troubleshooting

If you can't open the JAR file you need to install java :

Run "ColorChooser.jar" file, if you can't run this file so you don't have java on your pc.
