im making a custom race filterscript (don't tell me to use yagu's)

and im trying to get records for each race...

i'm unsure of how to use GetINIString properly... its confusing.

my ini file

[TIME]
RECORD=0


GetINIString(RACE.ini,"TIME","RECORD",

im not sure what to do in the third param, its result but i dont get it...

see if the racers time is more than the record
change the .ini file afterwoods
