I've notice in some ******* videos people can create stunt tracks, I was wondering if it's hard to do this? Or if i can download the tool that I need to edit. (Editing roads, etc..) I've searched in ****** for any advise on this mod but I didn't come across anything for it.

MTA Map editor, Or if you mean editing the real SA, You can only do that in singleplayer.
