use your brain...

locked = 1
unlocked = 0

objective(yellow marker) = 1
objective(no yellow marker) = 0

SetVehicleParamsForPlayer(carid,playerid,objective ,locked);

SetVehicleParamsForPlayer(carid,playerid,objective ,locked);

Important note: Disabling the objective works only if the car is respawned after.
