You are using Vista, don't you?
Look in the toolbar, there is Pawno, I got this too.

Run pawno.exe as administrator.

No man Im using XP, This just a skin of Windows 7.

Never mind, that only applied to Vista.

Is pawncc.exe in the same folder as pawno.exe?
