How i can make a gang to take gangzone, i made 3 gangzones, but dont know how to make them to be taken over.

If it is possible to be like this, if players from 1 gang kill 5 players from other they take over their teritory, and if teritory of some gang is taken, they need to to stay at it 5 minutes to get their gangzone back
