Hey, after i cuff someone and /arrest him, he is still freezed in jail. How to fix that? Where shall i put TogglePlayerControl?

In the /arrest command.
Put the TogglePlayerControllable to "0".

Show your command if you fail after Serbish's reply.

Put that in the function/command that sets the player in jail, obviously you'll have to edit the playerid.
