Ok, I Re-Wrote the Heal command.
Now it works with PlayerID of the person who needs heal.
But it doesn't take money from HealedPlayer and gives it to PlayerID

Well, No 1 was answering there plus it went to the second page and no one checks it
and I rewrote it and changed the entire CMD now...

If I am not mistaken, tmp is the playerid, so the amount the player has to pay will be equal to their ID. If you tested this with player id 0 (more than likely) you would see no change in money...
