i don't know how to talk when you are playing

to bring up the chat box on SA:MP servers you press the

` button (hard to see i know its the key one button to the left of the numnber "1" key)

then input your text on what you want to say.

if its an rp server then its ussally like

/o [text] (thats global ooc chat (out of character)
/b [text] (local ooc chat)

or you can just bring up the chatbox and type in on mosts ervers and it shows globally, you need to just know what type of server your going in for.
