How do i register to play on this

you mean on the server?

Well just do "/register yourpass" and then "/login yourpass"

Server must have register system, in other way you cant register on server.

Not all servers require you to register/login, if they do, usually you can see it when you join the server.

I think he means the general "SA-MP", if so then you don't need to register, it's totally free!
But server wise, if there's a requirement to register then it will display on your screen, like the others said before me.
