Sorry for previous post, did not see the look up problems before posting at first, but when i got to your main san andreas online page, and click on downloads, thats the only sa-mp version i see, exept when i look at it-it says 0.2X and when i try to install it in my folder, i look at the botom and it says V2.25

So my queston finally is, where do i get another version of it if that is the problem? Not that it is, but is it the problem?

The current version and the version you download is 0.2X, Unless you have been using SA:MP 0.2.5 then there should be nothing to do with SA:MP 0.2.5 in your GTA San Andreas Directory

That is just the version of the installer, not SA-MP.
