I have a new screen that is 24 inch, its resolution is in 1920x1080.
But GTA SA does not support this resolution so is there any way to fix this so i can play the game in HD-resolution?

It's a drag and drop fix he posted, you dont need ASI loader with this.

Just put the files in gta sa directory and you will have widescreen fix.

Aside from using the Widescreen from ThirteenAG - I also recommend looking into FOV.asi too for a major scaling fix.
