What do u mean? The player markers are shown on the map from the screenshot you gave.

Did you add this ShowPlayerMarkers(1); under public OnGameModeInit()


If you didn't add this or set as (0); than you wount see any players on the map!
Just add ShowPlayerMarkers(1); and it will work!
