Is there any gang war or deathmatch server with official sawn-off weapon to play with and that is at some point active with players?

When you say "official sawn-off weapon", what do you mean? I'm guessing a server who hasn't tweaked the damage / range / etc. Some servers use weapon-config and modify such weapons in order to offer a little more balance.

I believe LSSW or LSGW does have a sawn-off shotgun, but you need to buy it with credits. But don't quote me on that. They are two well known gangwar servers that have been around for a while, and have always been highly populated so check them out.
