but i used the EXACT same setup i did on my homehosted, i even replaced the whole server with it and i still get this error

it means that the runtime file doesnt exist, so you need to make a command thing to make it, i think. btw, relly, can you teach me how to script, i know bits and what your error is, but idk how to make the scripts, for example: i want to learn how to make objects, like islands.

If you are on one of Delux's windows box's (The only one AFAIK is the English one) then you need to sampmysql.dll, If you are on one of his Linux box's then you need the sampmysql.so
