This has nothing to do with the server. It downgrades the GTA Version, which has to be US 1.0 in order to play SA-MP, regardless of the SA-MP version.

So I bought GTA SA digitally from Amazon. I looked at the read me and it is indeed V.1 and i Installed SA MP to the C:/ folder where GTA SA is.

However, The game does not start up, only Single player does
