uhh, the title says everything, My GTA SA crashes once the loading bar reaches the half. This happens in both (GTA:SA and SA-MP), No mods no hacks nothing, reinstalled the game multiple times still the same problem. Deleted the whole gta sa userfiles and it made new one but still the same, any idea?

I had remembered a guy had said make a new user account and play gta sa with the runtime error but it wasn't even runtime one but i had nothing to lose so i tried it and worked , i added backup of everything important in my user account then made a new one and it worked. Thanks!
