If you’re asking if there’s enough players that speak English and are ready to play on an Asian / English server between 7am and 12am, probably not.

Most of the people who speak English play from 10AM to 10PM GMT. But does it really matter? I mean, if you run the server all the time, you'll have both English and non-English players.
