"Server restarting" on player spawning

It is simple to explain but not ti fix it: When player spawns (after logging in) if he does anything he will get "Server Restarting" in chat (it is not really restarting), so he needs to wait about 20seconds and then he can exit his house or type commands. Gamemode probbably needs optimization, but I have allready removed so much strings I can`t remove any more of them, so the Gamemode is optimized medium. But why is this happening on the spawn, there are not a lot of strings in OnPlayerSpawn. And when he gets server restarting, he needs to exit GTA and enter again and the he will probbably get "You are banned", and then again exit, and maybe it will work that time

The optimization is not only about making the number of strings less and you really think it solve all the problems ?

Lmfao, no. But what should I do, and is it really that optimizing?, bcz server is not lagging very much, just a little sometimes, but that when player spawns is just messed up

Try to debug OnPlayerSpawn, or either run nativechecker. Before that, is there anything suspicious in server log ?
