I have windows 10 pro 1809 and gta samp refuses to open. i can choose the server but it does the spinny thing and refuses to launch the game

You could try getting SAMP addon, that's the only way I've been able to run gta sa on windows 10

I'm running the same version and everything is fine. Try removing 'gta_sa.set' (if the file is already created)

All i had to do was use the windows trouble shooter when the game failed to open with win 10. it then download something from windows and fixed it
