Hello I was never working with any npc-s so I have few basic questions:

1. Do npcs fill my real max_players slots or they don't and what I should do with max_npcs if I want to use npcs in my server

2. If I want to make citizens in my server do I need to use FCNPC include or I can without it (if there's anyyy good citizens FS please send me link I used one old FS but npcs are just rotating 360° ingame)

Yes, NPC will use your server's slot.

I'd recommend you FCNPC, has more advantages.

I have just 100 slots so that's stupid to even try to use those citizens
