If it's meant to be a disk for something you can get Virtual Clonedrive and mount the .bin file

.BIN is a binary copy of an entire CDs/DVDs disc, for an example .ISO.
You can use MagicISO to convert BIN to ISO then use Daemon to mount the ISO Image.

Or just use this nice tool to mount common image files. Really, try it, you will fall in love guys.
