BOTS at RP SERVER + Nothing Happend
#1

Hello,

I was the leader of the police on this server and afterwards I learned from all of them and I was convinced that the server has bots, 26 non-stop bots are active, they do not get a score, they are not logged, 24/7 are here, I send that server via email 10 days ago, but nothing happens, i do not understand why this is done, this is a month like this, look at this https://www.game-state.com/87.98.176.242:8799/ just watch for a few hours and you will see that the bots, when I was the leader of the police and when I wanted to locate them, it was written to everyone that they were not logged in or when I tried to go to /number ID and they are not logged in...
any better opinion?

It does seem fairly fishy. According to the Service Agreement at https://www.sa-mp.com/service_agreement.txt, it clearly states '(g) You may not artificially increase your player count or provide false info to the SA-MP query mechanism.'. You could try and forward this towards the SA-MP team but if they do anything or they don't, we'd have to see. However, if the bots are there for a purpose (e.g. they might have an inbuilt function to assist the server) then I don't think that's against the rules (unless they're just there to get the player count up and make the server look active).

We'll see what happens, if the server stays this way, it means it's allowed, so.

Doesn't necessarily mean it's allowed, they might not have paid attention to it. In fact, we don't know that anyone that has the ability to do something is going to see this thread. However, what they're doing is fairly wrong but like I said, depends what they decide to do about it.

If they do not respond, then i will report to their hosting, better solution.

You could contact their hosting. However, it's a no-brainer that hosting companies don't want to lose business so they might not take action. It really depends on which hosting company it is and how they deal with things like this.

It's definitely not allowed. I've checked the internet tab as well and it seems to be removed, so that's good news for you!
