I have full RP gamemode so can I create account without UCP? I tried to insert in "Accounts" but when I log in it says again you are not registered, register on the UCP

If you know nothing how SAMP server works. Dont just download and start playing with it. First understand the basics then along with the tutorial, continue working on the script. If script is based on MySQL and requires UCP, you need to understand how the data is fetched. Sometimes, data is fetched from more than one table.
