Is there any chance NPC plugin might be returned to these forums? I assume this was one of the most useful plugins, that slightly enhanced SA-MP and enabled adding features, that players liked.
Alternatively, it would be even better, if such a control of NPCs was added in one of the future SA-MP releases.

Как я заметил, многих уже достало, что samp не обновляется, а люди хотят большего. Больше функционала, как это происходит с ReHLDS, где часто происходят обновления и исправления критических ошибок.
Тут уже упоминалось то, что следовало бы разместить весь исходный код на GitHub или иной источник и тем самым это бы ускорило процесс обновления, которой в данный момент не происходит.
Разработчики rw-mp в свою очередь решили взять за основу то, что уже слито в сеть. Первоначальная их цель, как мне кажется, это расширить функционал samp, да именно samp. Так как сейчас они стараются сделать так, что бы можно было запустить мод, который был написан именно для samp 0.3.7.
Почему бы Kalcor-у не сотрудничать с разработчиками rw-mp, для совместного улучшения samp 0.3.7? Разве это так сложно?
