If you want cheap, go linux. OVH has windows servers, they're the cheapest (and reliable) ones i've seen.

I'd advise you to go with any resellers. Most of them does reselling a dedicated OVH server to different clients.
The thing is OVH provides best in the class Anti DDoS protection including high end CPUs. Try omgserv.com , they are one of the best in-class OVH resellers. Note that, I am just a customer not a promoter of the brand. I've had some high class customer service from 'em. They take like max. 5-10 minutes to respond to your tickets.
Make sure you're selecting a VPS which is near to your players, that's the crucial part!
