As obvious as it is, download the samp v0.3.7 and use the pawno includes from that when compiling.

Do you also have the server files for 0.3.7? Did you copy the includes (a_samp etc) and updated those?

Because the script doesn't detect 0.3.7

Uh, you might have 0.3.7 SA-MP Client, but you must have the server files / pawno version of 0.3.7 too. That include won't work on earlier versions.
