im using my own VPS, centos 7 linux i just installed that SSL library and still not working, any idea?

CentOS is a nightmare to get working due to strict dependencies. (It's likely that you have installed the package the plugin needs, but the OS itself isn't having the old dependency)

Ubuntu is super simple.
