Server port not open, but IS forwarded, firewall disabled doesn't change anything.
#1

I'm trying to launch a test server for the community I'm scripting for. I can't for some reason.

I have port forwarded, opened ports in the firewall, disabled firewall entirely, but still, the server doesn't show up from my public IP. However, the server does show up locally, but when I connect, it shows an empty screen.

MySQL appears to connect successfully (the server would shutdown otherwise).

EDIT: I may have had the same isssue before: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=599993 , but I have no idea how I fixed it. I have also restarted my router, computer, and server multiple times.

EDIT 2: I have contacted my ISP to try and get it resolved since they may be blocking the ports.

The middle link blacked out IS my external address. It's not showing up.
