My server encounters a situation where some members use some unused commands (eg, / quitfamily, / information), after entering it this command does not exist, but some users use be it, expect everyone here to help me as well as help my server overcome this situation.

Are you saying it works for some people, but not for others?
If so, it sounds like an issue with the script.

Then again, I do not fully understand the question.
