Hello, my gamemode didnt have Anti Health + Armour Cheat so I want to create it

I think I should GetPlayerHealth and GetPlayerArmour first, when player reach 100 health or armour in about before 3 seconds It will sent messsage to Admin (only once)
How to do that ?

You can set a timer.. Or download an anti-health or anti-armor hack filterscript
