Comment my first web template done with photoshop.

Rafay, if your using PS (But with killer gfx like that i assume you are) use the slice tool to break up the banner, buttons, text area etc, then Go to File > Save for Web and Devices. It will generate a HTML file with the images in a table. Then just violate it with PHP etc.. not too difficult.
