Pretty sure you'll find you've included the YSI includes wrong...
Should show the lines where the YSI/e.t.c are included in the mode.
Also, are you trying to do crazy things regarding 'modular' mode design? This could be something to look at if you have been trying to.

If you are using an older version, try updating the YSI package.
