I've searched about a FS / plugin for :

if you type /rcon login <pass wrong> for 3 times , to ban you

But i didn't found it ...

Is there anybody who got this ?

no , the normal Rcon don't ban you ! if you type almost 70-80 times , he FREEZE your SERVER !!!

Default RCON commands aren't detected by Pawn scripts. Get mabako's plugin.
