Someone know the suspect file/folder name into SAMP directory for verification?
Examples (basic):
[folder] mod_sa
[folder] cleo
[file] mod_sa.*
[file] [*.cs]

Those are cleo mods, some servers accepts it, some not.
It won't harm your GTA, it will just add some bonus (healing, weapon skins, etc. You can delete it by uninstall CLEO)

But cleo mods can modify actions in the game and this can affect jogability, right?
Abuse of glitch's, like c-bug and others... (in servers that this is forbidden)
Skins and characters modification isn't a problem.
Texture modifications also isn't a problem.
