Everytime I click a server, EXAMPLE: San Andreas Roleplay, it takes me to the view, and says "Connected to San Andreas Roleplay"
And then freezes.
I CTRL ALT DEL and it says that its not responding.

Bummer, eh?

Any solutions/help greatly appreciated.

Remove any mods, Reinstall SA:MP, Reinstall SA. Make sure GTA is 1.00 not 1.01 or 2.00. Try deleting "GTA.SET" File in the gta user files normally in my documents. After you've down all of them i'll continue to help you if its still a occurring problem.

I have the same issue and tried all that and it wont work still..
