Ok i tried to use SA-MP and it has been working for the past couple months and then it just stopped. It goes straight to the normal GTA screen. I have version 1.00 and i have no idea why it stopped working

Have you tried re-installing SAMP 0.2.X U1? On the www.sa-mp.com downloads page, client version.

Try restarting your computer, Then shut off things such as fraps and delete all mods, or reinstall SA.

Try going into the GTA User files and delete the "GTA.SET" file, Also try using the SA:MP EXE straight from the directory(Rockstar Games folder in C:\Programs by default).

Alright this might sound silly, Uninstall SA. Restart your computer, Then when your re-installing. Create a folder in My Documents or any easy accessible folder. And use that location to install SA. Then install SA:MP, Also make sure your GTA version your installing is 1.00, 1.01 and 2.00 will not work with SA:MP.
