PLZ help i need this object id and MTA map editor isnt working it gives me a blue screen And i cant find it on the object id Wiki!!

That looks like a common object and maybe somebody will know, but for future reference, please do not ask for object id's. There are literally thousands of objects and for someone to know a specific one on the spot is unlikely.
