Is it possible to enter an interior with map editor? i know it is possible in MTA but im having a hard time doing it in map editor, any help would be appreciated.

If you're using Jernejls editor, the interior doesn't matter, you can simply go to the coordinates and the objects for the interior will display.

If you are using an ingame editor, then that will be different as you'll need to know the interior ID that it uses.
