Replacing faster skin's walk-style

Tutorial:

Although UsePlayerPedAnims() uses standard walk-style for every skins, there are few skins like Truth(1), Maccer(2) and Big Bear(5) that have faster movement. It's now possible to set standard walking animations on such skins using SA-MP 0.3.8's AddCharModel.

All you've to do is extract the required skin's TXD and DFF files from gta3.img (you can use IMGTool) and then place them on models folder in your server directory. Then, use AddCharModel function to set a custom skin ID and their base ID to the one that uses standard player animations (For instance, you can use skin ID 28 as their base ID). Now if you're using the custom skin, it will inherit the properties of the given base ID and will be exactly the same as old in looks. You can then set custom skin ID instead of original skin ID to avoid faster movements. This method can also be used to change a skin's walk-style if you're not planning on using UsePlayerPedAnims().

Same for the homeless skin (230) for c-bug

Afaik, they aren't fast on movement, all skins have the same running speed, their turns are what faster.
