Model invisible in game

I tried to modify this model:

I just moved the hole for the door little right.
The problem is now that in game it is invisible, but kdff it looks ok, no errors.

In a blender, go to "Edit Mode". Select those polygons. Click on Ctrl + N and choose "Inside".

Still nothing.. I flipped all normals, even one by one and no difference.
Also, the collision is generated properly.
