Hello, I have installed the latest version RC3-4
I wanted to play on a server with rc3 version, so I click on play button and wait to get in the game
but a black window appear and instantly a box telling me warning in russian or something else, My GTA SA Folder is clean, I can't even get the SAMP Loading screen, this box always appear

Delete your mods.

If you use ModLoader, delete all the mod's, or try removing them from the folder.

Are you using SAMPFUNCS, if so disable the .asi
