I inserted into custom.img few .dff and .txd files so I can map them via Map Editor. But I have problems. Some of the objects are invisible at some angle.
I have also problem with Map Editor and I don't know what could fix it. When I click 1 object, some other far away object is selected. Does anyone have a clue about that? I can't map a single object because when I click at one the other one is selected.

When you add an object to custom.img, remember to add the collision, otherwise it will not work.

Is this just in the map editor?

To solve this, verify that your files are as in the following example.
That is, it saves dffs and txd files on the outside, and collisions, stores them in a .col file.
And, of course, do not forget to list them.

That's collision size problem (it's smaller than object).

Also I have one question I would like to ask. When I model something (I get .dff file). How can I relate in any way certain textures and that model. How to combine .dff and .txd file?
For example object in video don't have any textures because it must be added in 3ds max? Can you explain that shortly?

I do not understand.
Is your problem related to what I said or is it related to the Map Editor? I'm lost. xD

Well, what I understand is the following.
In my case, when I added a new model and it disappears, it is because I did not add the collision, and since it does not show the textures, it is because the .txd file is badly added.
Well, at least that's what happened to me, if you want to send me the files privately, and I'll correct it for you.

If the object or a certain face of the object disappears at a certain angle, it's possible that it's due to the 'face normal' being directed the wrong way.
SA-MP only support single sided faces, not double sided.
In case you use Blender, go in EDIT mode, click the face that disappears at certain angles, press 'W' and select 'Flip Normals'. That should do it.
