How SetPlayerGravity works

Hi, I was coding in PAWN many things but never touched plugins. I have read generally tut about plugin development but not understand 100%. How this works? Can someone explain this using simple words? Thanks in advance.

I suppose (but I don't know good this low lvl what is happening there) that it might be something like calling available SetGravity but blocking all sockets except one - to send packet to only one client. Or maybe it's possible to send packet with custom data which SA-MP client could easily apply - but I don't think so.

It's hard to describe this good, my writing english not the best but you know what I mean.
