How does this website header look?

Hi guys, please can I have some constructive feedback and suggestions on how I can improve the look of the header I have so far on:

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I'd steer clear of even testing anything on those guys servers, they're known spam hosters.

It's not responsive, my screen resolution is really small and I had to zoom out to get it to look like a normal header.

No you're right, it isn't responsive.. not got to that stage yet mate, just want people opinions on the design/look really.

Sorry for that

Thanks for that problem, I will look in to why exactly that is happening.

I don't talk about responsiveness, i'm talking about the accessibility whilst you are on a small screen.
There's no point to hide those menus on small screen though.

Making a website work on multiple resolutions, small and large is what responsiveness is. It responds to your resolution in a way that makes it readable. They won't be hidden once I implement this.

To be honest, everything looks so amateur and not good... I'd suggest you start over again a new layout.

The design feels 'old', it doesn't fit into nowadays design.

Also please, don't use jQuery for a dropdown menu, use CSS instead with animations(transition).
