Not just ENB, had problems with alt tabbing with clean SA and SAMP (but mine was with cursor being stuck in top left corner).

Try that 0.075s and if that one does not work try 0.074f (that one worked for me few years back and never had any problems)

Disable your ENB everytime you Alt+Tab. It's not that hassle.
